Effectiveness of labor market insertion of graduates from productive-technical education centers. Systematic review
Abstract
The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a program to strengthen labor competencies in the professional insertion of technical graduates. The research was developed under a quantitative, pre-experimental approach, focused on five intentionally selected graduates. Survey and structured observation were used as techniques, and a competency assessment questionnaire and an employment follow-up form were used as instruments. The results showed a significant increase in the employability of the participants, reaching 80% of effective insertion after the application of the program. It was concluded that the implementation of strategies aimed at developing technical, soft and entrepreneurial skills strengthened the employability of the graduates and contributed to their integration into the labor market.
