Implementation of teleworking and productivity of public servants: Challenges in today's world
Abstract
The overall objective of the research was to analyze the implementation of teleworking and the productivity of public servants: Challenges in today's world. The study used a qualitative approach. It relied on documentary data collection techniques, reviewing laws, official gazettes, and scientific articles. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted to obtain the opinions of experts on the issue, consisting of three individuals with experience in telematic activities in the public sector. It was concluded that the relationship between teleworking and productivity refers to quantitative achievements in terms of the efficiency and accessibility of public services, with benefits for employees and workers in terms of large-scale tasks, services, communication, and mass planning.
