Transformación Social de las comunidades desde la visión de Liderentes Asertivos y Resilientes

Resumen

This article presents significant scientific progress as to the need to transform community leaders prone to personal leadership into community leaders and managers with a broad view of social leadership and with capabilities as a manager. This transformation aims to provide relevant tools to successfully face daily situations that are generated within the community councils and often can be solved with an assertive communication and a resilient attitude to the problem, thereby achieving  social welfare to a population group. In this paper the theoretical foundations that allow support research are throughly developed, besides the philosophical basis in the article is shown  and the display of the leader to be achieved with the final research.
