Technical tools for cost control and cost management in manufacturing operations

Abstract

This work will serve as a guide instrument for the use of tools - control techniques and cost management in the manufacturing operations of the company "Karitex", through which improvements are provided to develop production processes, using the tools and control techniques, facilitating the proper use of economic operations that are based on the International Financial Reporting Standards, the same that is intended to optimize the material and human resources to be a company that is a competition to others and position itself in the production market. For this reason it has been decided to perform a detailed and thorough analysis, in which several setbacks have been found that afflict the company by the omission of control techniques as well as a lack of management and control in manufacturing operations generating an economic and labor deficiency in the company.
