Family finances in members of group cooperatives
Abstract
The objective of this study is to carry out an analysis of the management of family finances of the members of the Cooperativa de Colectivos Once de Abril of the city of Tulcán. The research was descriptive; theoretical and empirical methods, research techniques were developed that allowed collecting information to characterize the current situation. Among the results obtained, a poor management of money is determined, the planning of a budget of income and expenses is not evidenced; Likewise, the savings plans are weak, the payment capacity to enter the financial system is unknown, in addition, there are cases of delinquency. In conclusion, the investment risk is high in the long term, there are inadequate money management conditions, for this reason a family finance management model consisting of four components is proposed that allows planning and controlling personal and family finances.
