The destruction of Sumak Kawsay by illegal mining in the Yutzupino community, Ecuador
Abstract
The general objective of this research was to analyze the destruction of Sumak Kawsay by illegal mining in the Yutzupino community, Ecuador. The methodology that was developed was based on the quantitative approach, resorting to the documentary-bibliographic typology, which allows establishing the analysis of the object of study, with the purpose of describing the topic addressed. In addition, the analytical-synthetic method was jointly used, by means of which a whole is broken down into parts, extracting qualities, components, relationships and more to later join the analyzed parts. The material approached is made up of degree theses, scientific researches, norms, laws. It is concluded that, when talking about mining and Sumak Kawsay law, it is important to point out that the study of each one is of vital importance; since we talk about mining is a subject that leads and triggers many factors, it is an activity that generates economic resources and has a negative cost.
