The impact of migration policies on the free development of refugees
Abstract
The overall objective of the research was to analyze the impact of migration policies on the free development of refugees. The research used a quantitative method, which produces descriptive data originating from data collection. It was based on a review of documents and bibliography. In addition, inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods were applied. A sample of 20 people was selected through purposive sampling, considering their willingness to participate and their knowledge of the subject, and a questionnaire was administered to them. It is concluded that, although progress has been made in defending the rights of refugees, there remains a significant gap between theory and practice. The study emphasizes the essential importance of creating and adjusting more just and equitable migration policies.
