Visibility of the legal rights of Ecuadorian children
Abstract
The general objective of this research is to analyze the legal rights of Ecuadorian children from the visibility of the established norms. The investigative work was developed from the quantitative approach, with the support of the documentary search, bibliographic reference, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, whose research from critical deliberation, the method of analysis of the phenomenon of study was built, reflecting on laws, norms, agreements, international treaties. The researcher indicates that there are canons to enforce the protection of Ecuadorian children, avoiding their vulnerability. It is concluded that the Ecuadorian State, through its legislators, the justice team and the parents; Together with the community, they are called to make a call for attention to comply with the existing laws that protect children, as a best interest and to avoid the abuse that continues to be committed against minors.
