Strategic management model for corporate strengthening
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to propose a strategic management model for Compañía Rayo de Luna TRANSLUNA Cía. The scope of the research is descriptive. The 60% has indicated that the service provided by the company is Good and 40% is Excellent. It is also determined that the company does not have the capacity to improve the vehicle fleet because its partners do not consider it necessary, which means that the organization does not have a competitive market. The work proposal is applicable within the company Transluna Cía. Ltda., since it has the necessary resources for its execution and also the predisposition for its development within the company is very good, so there should be no major inconveniences on the part of the members of the entity in executing this proposal.
