Monitoring academic-educational quality performance through a DASHBOARD at an ecuadorian university
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to analyze the monitoring of the academic-educational quality performance by means of a dashboard in the School of Engineering of PUCE-SI. Through the general analysis of the different indexes and the presentation of results to the members of the quality assurance committee, it has been determined that the PUCESI is in a stage of improvement of certain processes with a view to academic excellence for which a restructuring process is being executed to the different strategies that intervene with the fundamental elements influencing the capacities of the students and the teaching staff in order to raise the indexes with unsatisfactory valuations.
