Continuous improvement in operational processes for business development
Abstract
In order to implement in the company the process of continuous improvement, to avoid that the times and costs of manufacturing increase and minimize profits in the company. A group of collaborators was formed, including personnel from various areas of the company; the method used to identify the weak points in the current processes, products and services is the PDHA cycle, which identifies the four basic moments of the company's process. In which the deficiency in the finishing and packaging processes was determined due to human failures in sealing, packaging size and product losses. The main result is the implementation of the continuous improvement process to specify a better finish with much more efficiency and less waiting time to the customer, which provides security with the new packaging of the product.
