It system for the management and flow of processes in ecuadorian public administration
Abstract
In order to strengthen compliance with the services provided by the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Canton Chone, from a rationalistic approach to research. The implementation of the system in the GADM Chone will allow the processes of citizen attention to be carried out in a faster and more organized way, being able to carry out any type of procedure online 24 hours a day, favoring the taxpayer in this way, since it would not be necessary to go to the offices of the GADM Chone, but can be done from anywhere simply by having an internet connection, in addition they can be informed of their respective procedures.
